THRIVE! The signature television show of The Cancer Monument, Inc. is a powerful 30-minute, weekly
public health and cancer education information talk show. THRIVE! is the sister show of “Monumental
People Coping And Living With Cancer,” a regionally syndicated Dallas radio show. This new show is
made possible by generous public support and features topics in health, research, cancer prevention,
awareness, and quality of life issues. Concepts such as: treatment options, self image, relationships,
boundaries, normalcy, stress, parenting, employment, and legal issues, caregivers, discrimination,
fatigue; death, dying and loss are also topics of discussion. Listeners will feel informed, inspired,
empowered, encouraged, and hopeful. On-air guests include: survivors and their families, medical
professionals, authors, community leaders and notable public personalities to provide current and
meaningful wellness information, insight, and coping strategies for those living with, through and
beyond cancer.
